Pusha T Shut Down Mural Fest Last Night (Pictures + Live Performance)

King Push Came Ready!

Pusha T  Gave Us ”The Clipse” At Mural Fest

Pusha T was in Montreal last night to perform for Mural Fest and one thing is for sure: he came war ready! From ”Grindin” to his recent joints on ”Daytona”, 10 000 people on St-Laurent had the King Push treatment.

Currently on our 3rd year coverage Mural Fest, we can tell you this: St-Laurent street has never been so P-A-C-K-E-D. This year they’ve decided to let more fans enjoy the kick off party and Montrealers responded : ”Hell Yeah!”.

Everybody wanted to hear from King Push.  Performances from local artists were more than welcome and even Vic Mensa was there to heat it up the right way.

He came, he tore the building and and he left the mic smoking. Even though it was a younger crowd than usual, the public were enjoying tracks so as ”Nosetalgia”, ”Numbers On The Board” and you know we had to hear ”Infrared” live right?

In the mix of his beef with the 6 God, to our surprise,  the G.O.O.D Music president didn’t perform the now infamous ”Story Of Adidon”.

OverallPusha T is a better performer than we expected.  People seem to forget that King Push made his first appearance in the late 90’s for some reason.

You would’ve expect a legendary emcee to just stand still and spit over crowd surfing. Push was animated, gave us his meme-like face expressions here and there and all the ingredients for a moment in Montreal again.

If you couldn’t make it, you know we got you! Crowd or not, we felt like we had to bring back the gems.
