Pintrill: A Brooklyn Based Paradise For The Dopest Enamel Pins!
Welcome To The Paradise For Pins
Pintrill Is For Pins What Nike Is For Sportswear!
After seeing their recent collaboration with Marcus Troy, Montreal’s favorite culture participant, we felt like we had to see the phenomenon for ourselves.
Trends come and go but Pintrill stands out because they have a product that can adapt to any climate or major change in the industry. Their ability to recreate different elements we love such as sport’s teams, Hip Hop artists, cult movies & much more is what makes their pins even more than just a fashionable accessory.
We create pins through a considered design process, immortalizing pop culture moments with razor-sharp wit. The result: wearable iconography that captures the zeitgeist of our time with a sense of humor and self-awareness.
At their flagship store located at 231 Grand St In Brooklyn, we saw hundreds of different pins. From sports references, Hip Hop references, iconic shoes, emojis and more; Pintrill has a pin for E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.
Even though they don’t advertise it on their website, Pintrill also et their clients trade or sell their pins which allow them to collect and resell rare pins for the real enthusiasts (like me)!
At Pintrill, you get their unique collabs, collections and a selection of some of the rarest pins in the market all under one roof !
Shopping for your pins at Pintrill is an experience in itself. The way pins are hanging on the wall takes you back to that same old feeling when you’re shopping for sneakers. You know in the right place when you feel both excited and anxious for choosing the right item out of every other ones.
You can try them on, touch them, see multiple examples of how to implement them in your day to day style and they have several packs or theme if you’re looking for something specific.
The real challenge is to not buy everything on sight (honestly).
There’s one thing I can tell you about their flagship store : when you’ll feel like you’ve finally found the perfect pin, there will always be that “other” pin you didn’t notice at first (I’ve literally spent close to an hour before buying one)
